Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 4:30pm EST. Shipping times may vary due to availability. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add, to your safe sender list.

If you are local to the Columbus, GA area, you can select In-Store pickup as a free alternative option in the Shipping Methods listed on our site at checkout.

Currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required by UPS.

Orders placed before 4:30PM EST will be shipped same day.

Privacy & Security
All credit card, email address, shipping information and personal contact data is private and not shared.

Returns & Replacements
Pursona's return policy is for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you would like to exchange for a different size, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item. We do not give refunds.


All jewelry, belts, sunglasses and gift cards are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We suggest sending items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with the tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.

All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:

All shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.

All handbags must have original tags attached.

Items must be received by Pursona no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.

Enclose a copy of your receipt, along with the Return Form and attach the bottom portion of the form to the outside of your box and ship to:

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
